Description
2 May 05 - 1st notice of the day (although PIXS was "updated" earlier, it did not include the update, which is the following information). Clarification to the SESS Solicitation?s Attachment 1, Contractor Past Performance Information; Attachment 2, Government POC Questionnaire for RFP; and Attachment 6, Sample Questionnaire Cover Letter On Letterhead Labeled ?For Official Use Only? . Atch 1 is for the offeror to complete in total and submit to the Government as Vol V of your proposal. Atch 2 is for the offeror to complete, sections A through E only; send the entire attachment to the government point of contact (POC) you are requesting input from, and the government POC will complete the attachment and send directly to NASIC. As stated in the instructions to the offerors, Sections A through E were to be submitted with Vol V. It was not noted however, that this information would not count against your page count. Should you need to revise you input, a list of your government POCs along with the program titles will suffice. Submittal information can be found in Sec L, para 2.2(b). Atch 6 is just a sample letter for the offeror?s use to transmit the questionnaire at Atch 2. You may rewrite the letter to fit your situation. 20 Apr 05 A new set of questions and answers can be found posted under attachments as Q_A_20Apr05. 20 Apr 05 The SESS RFP has been amended.
