- This is a notice of intent to purchase 1 each Aqueous Cleaner - See detailed specifications below (or equal to products will be considered). Price should include FOB Destination to Robins AFB, GA 31098, on-site machine set-up, and onsite training for personnel. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. 100% SB Set-Aside, only Small Businesses will be considered. SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED 7 DAYS FROM THIS NOTICE.
