Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 334112. The requirement is for two (2) Apogee Labs Multiplexer/Demultiplexer Model MITC-430. Only Apogee Labs Model is acceptable for this requirement due to the need for capability with previously procured Apogee equipment. The Apogee Labs Duplex System is proprietary hardware. An IDIQ type contract is being contemplated. Please provide quotation with pricing over a three-year period with a minimum amount to be purchased of two and a maximum amount of 12. Please also include shipping estimates per system to White Sands Missile Range, NM 88002 in quotation. All responses must be made by COB 05 May 2005. Please e-mail quotations to Mari B.
