PRON: AX5T7158AX, NSN: 2915-00-991-0969, PN: 74911, Quantity: 182 each, with two100% options, applicable to the T-53 engine, F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to Secaucus, NJ. The delivery schedule when First Article Test is applicable is 182 each, 390 days a fter contract award (DACA). The delivery schedule when FAT is not applicable is 182 each 150 DACA. This item is restricted to Goodrich Corporation, Cage 11599, because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) ar e not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer this part, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material fo r a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to s eek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an o ffer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
