Contractors may view and/ or download this solicitation and all amendments from the Internet after solicitation issuance. * Description of work: This project consists of construction of approximately 27,000 square foot dining facility. Supporting facilities to be constructed incl ude utilities; electric service; sewer and storm drainage; paving, walks, curbs and gutters; parking; information systems; and site improvements. The project is located at Fort Stewart, GA. The project will be solicited and procured on an unrestricted ba sis in accordance with FAR 36. Offerors are required to submit a price and technical proposal. Each proposal shall contain the Offeror's best technical proposal and best price. Award will be made to an Offeror whose technical submittal and price proposa l contain the combination of the criteria requested that offers the best value to the Government. Proposals shall include sufficient detailed information to allow complete evaluation. The Government reserves the right to reject any and all offers. Offer ors are reminded that while the Government may elect to consider data obtained from other sources, the burden of proof of acceptability rests with the Offeror. * PRICE is equal in importance to ALL TECHNICAL FACTORS when combined. TECHNICAL FACTORS: FAC TOR 1: CORPORATE RELEVANT SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: This factor is more important than Factors 2 andd Factors 3 and significantly more important than Factor 4. FACTOR 2: CONSTRUCTION PAST PERFORMANCE: This factor is equal in importance to Factor 3 and m ore important than Factor 4. FACTOR 3: CONSTRUCTION DURATION: THis factor is equal in importance to Factor 2 and is more important than Factor 4. FACTOR 4: MANAGEMENT EFFECTIVENESS. * The anticipated cost range is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. Options m ay be included. Network Analysis will be required. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the *Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988*.
