- Notice of Intent: The Bureau of Reclamation intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Cimmetry Systems Ltd., 6700 Cote de Liesse, Suite 206, St. Laurent, Quebec, H4T 2B5, Canada to acquire software user support/maintenance for AutoVue Professional V 18. The proposed action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The reason justifying this sole source procurement is: Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the supplies/services that will satisfy the agency requirements. Any firm that believes it can furnish the items described above is encouraged to give written notification to the Contracting Officer. Supporting evidence must be furnished, in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. All responses received within 5 days of the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Inquiries will only be accepted by e-mail: lhayes@do.usbr.gov. Responses should include the firm's business size [e.g. small business, other than small business] in accordance with the size standard: $21 Mil. for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 511210.
