Description: This amendment provides responses to contractor's questions: Question 1: What are the hours/days for the fields exercise? Answer: This is a performance-based Performance Work Statement (PWS) and as such the offeror is expected to determine the length of the COMEX. The Government anticipates, but, does not dictate, the field exercise, of the complexity associated with the PWS, would be for not less than eight (8) hours and is to be preformed an the end of the course. Question 2: Will the 550 be issued to the contractor or is that the contractors responsibility (sic)? Answer: All radio equipment [including the AN/PRC 150] related to the PWS and required for contractor performance will be provided as Government-furnished Property (GFP) under the contract (refer to Paragraph C.5.).
