Description

CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL LABOR, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, PLANT, MATERIAL, PARTS, TRANSPORTATION, AND INCIDENTALS NECESSARY TO PROVIDE REPAIR TO AIRFIELD PAVEMENTS: Primary NAICS code is 237310. This acquisition is being restricted to qualifying 8(a) sources. This acquisition is geographically restricted to Region 6, which covers the States of New Mexico, Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. This serves as a combination synopsis and Pre-solicitation Notice as required by FAR 36.213-2. Your name may be included in the source list maintained by the issuing office by emailing the following information to the point of contact listed below: (1) solicitation number; (2) Company Name; (3) Point of Contact; (4) Company’s Email Address; and (5) Street Address with 9-digit zip code. Any contractors receiving this as a pre-solicitation notice who do not want to receive future pre-invitation notices should advise this office. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on/about 20 Oct 04 on the Government’s Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) web site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov or http://www.eps.gov . You must register at that site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. Paper copies are not available as the Government is moving towards paperless procurement. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov and must be compliant with veterans’ employment reporting requirements (i.e., submitted VETS-100 Report, if applicable) in order to be eligible for award.
