Description
The U.S. Coast Guard intends to procure Two Thousand (2,000) Member Service 5yr Ribbons/ Medal Set, Three Hundred (300) Letter of COM (ACLOC) Ribbon/ Medal, One Thousand (1,000) OPER Prog-Boat Crew, Five Hundred (500) Small/ Large Ribbon/Medal Set, Five (500) Public Education Service, Five Hundred (500) ACHV Award of Merit, Two Thousand (2000) Retirement Device, Five Hundred Instructor Program, Five Hundred VE/MDV Program, Five Hundred (500) Meritorious Service Award, and Two Thousand Pin “O” ¼ inch Ribbon/Medal Sets to be shipped to: 2100 2nd Street, SW., Washington, DC 20593 (SEE NOTE 22) This proposed procurement is for supplies for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis to Coast Guard Auxiliary Association, 9449 Watson Industrial Park, St. Louis, MO 63126 Note 22. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-APR-2005).
