The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has a requirement for closing agent services for HUD-owned single-family properties located in the state of Iowa counties of Adair, Adams, Audubon, Boone, Buena Vista, Calhoun, Carroll, Cass, Cherokee, Clarke, Clay, Crawford, Dallas, Decatur, Dickinson, Emmet, Fremont, Greene, Guthrie, Hamilton, Hancock, Harrison, Humboldt, Ida, Kossuth, Lyon, Madison, Mills, Monona, Montgomery, O'Brien, Osceola, Page, Palo Alto, Plymouth, Pochahontas, Polk, Pottawattamie, Ringgold, Sac, Shelby, Sioux, Story, Taylor, Union, Warren, Webster, Winnebago, Woodbury, and Wright under the jurisdiction of the Santa Ana Homeownership Center (SAH)C). The purchase order will be for a one year period. This is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 541191 with a size standard of $6.0 million average annual receipts for the past three years.
