- This notice is for the re-solicitation of Invitation for Bid W912C9-05-B-0005 that was cancelled due to revision to the Specifications. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and transportation necessary to repair Military Equi pment Parking (MEP) pavement at the Prager United States Army Reserve Center (USARC) at Great Bend, KS. Type of contract is Firm Fixed Price. Estimated cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Contract performance period is 120 calendar days after r eceipt of Notice to Proceed. Approximate issue date is May 20, 2005. Copies of the solicitation may be downloaded from the web site FedBizOpps at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Per FAR 19.10, this acquisition is being issued pursuant to the Business Opportu nity Development Reform Act of 1988 and a subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this acquisition is issued unrestricted. The NAICS Code, SIC Code and size standard for this procurement is 238990, 1771, $12M. Eligible firms shall request a solicitation package in writing, NO telephone calls please.
