Description

The Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP), W81GYE-05-R-0026 on or about 9 June 2005 with proposals due 11 July 2005. SDDC intends to award a negotiated four-year, fixed price, requi rements contract for Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) for 842nd Transportation Group, Corpus Christi and Beaumont, Texas. The anticipated period of performance is 1 Jan 2006 through 31 Dec 2011. The Offeror will arrange for and provide S tevedoring and Related Terminal Services, including all material and equipment, except those materials specified as Government Furnished in accordance with the Performance Work Statement in the Request For Proposals. NAICS Code 488320 and Federal Supply C ode (FSC) V114 will apply. This requirement will be solicitated as full and open competition. The solicitation will be posted at the Surface Deployment and Distribution Commands Business Page, http://www.mtmc.army.mil/. Cut off date for questions will be 10 days after the release date of the RFP. All questions shall be submitted in writing via email to Government Point of Contact (POC) identified below. The RFP will close 30 days after posting. All responsible sources may submit an offer. Sources in terested in this procurement shall provide a response via email to the Government Point of Contact.
