Description: This requirement is sole source to J. L. Shepherd & Associates, 1010 Arroyo Avenue, San Fernando, CA 91340-1822. Procure services for the decommission of obsolete of gamma box calibrators at CONUS and Hawaii TMDE sites. Decommissioning of (4) four Model CDV-794 Calibrators. Radioactive materials license is required by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. J. L. Shepherd is the only contractor known to possess the expertise and experience with the CDV-794 to provide the requested services and licence.
