Description
The United States Army Communications and Electronics Life Cycle Management (C-E LCMC) intends to procure twenty (20) Alternating Current Motors with an NSN 6105-01-186-6988. The required drawings are available upon request. Please contact Contract Specialist Kelly A. Driscoll-Preusse@mail1.monmouth.army.mil to request drawings. Include in your request full company address and Cage Code. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The small size standard is 750 employees for the North Ame rican Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 335314. The Solicitation is Request for Quote (RFQ) number W15P7T-05-Q-F413. The Solicitation for this buy will be posted on the Interactive Opportunities Web Page (IBOP) on/about May 20, 2005. The propo sed acquisition will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with two (2) options for up to 100%. The required delivery is ten (10) motors 150 days after contract award with another ten (10) thereafter until completion. The items will be shipped to: W25G1U XU T ransportation Officer, DDSP New Cumberland Facility, building Mission Door 113 134, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. The shipments will be FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Packaging will be in accordance with Standard Practice for Comm ercial Packaging, ASTM D 3951-98 (2004 edition). The level of protection and pack are both commercial, quantity unit pack is 001 and marking shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-129P.
