Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposal s are being requested for firm fixed price commerical items purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures. The solicitation number is W912EQ-05-T-0012 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). An official copy of this solicitation c an be obtained by visiting the Contracting Web Site at www.mvm.usace.army.mil and clicking on Advertised Solicitations or contacting Celestine Evans at contact information below. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The associated NAICS code is 212321, size standard of 500. Expected delivery date at Millington, TN, for filter stone and riprap is 16 May 2005. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes may be submitted in hard copy or electronically, either through regular mail, email, or by facsimile. Regardless of method of delivery, it is the offors responsibility to ensure receipt of quotes by the time and date stated herein. Contractors shall submit a lump sum quotation that inc ludes all individual charges. Responses must be received via email, fax, mail, or delivery by 9 May 2005, no later than 2:00 pm central standard time (CST) at 167 N.
