Description
The final questions and answers are posted as follows: Q1: What hours are kids present at CDC center? A1: Children are present from 6:30am – 5:45pm Q2: Are any of the camera able to scan? A2: All cameras are presently stationary. Q3: Is this contract under the Service Contract Act? A3: DFARS 222.402-70 Q4: Will panning camera be accepted to fulfill the requirements? A4: If the requested coverage is provided, all bids will be reviewed and considered appropriately. Q5: Would the work be able to be performed after hours? A5: Yes, to a certain extent. The work schedule will be discussed and approved with the selected contractor. Q6: How long of a recording time are you looking for? A6: Please refer to the solicitation for requirement. Q7: Can we submit a proposal for replacement of all new cameras? A7: All proposals will be evaluated according to the statement of work. Q8: What are the fire and safety code requirements? Does the contractor need to follow special electrical codes? A8: Typical construction contract regulations, laws, and USAF Instructions shall be adhered to as amended. Electronic equipment shall be Underwriters Laboratory (UL) listed. NEC, NFPA, etc. should be followed. Q9: What type of warranty are you looking for and what is the minimum acceptable down time? A9: Standard warranty for like items. What is typically acceptable for this industry? I believe one year on parts and equipment upon delivery and one year labor after completion should suffice.
