Description

Pre-Solicitation Notice: Provide materials and services necessary for Window Modifications, Craik Medical Clinic, Building 246, U.S. Coast Guard Training Center, Yorktown, Virginia. The work includes, but is not limited to, installing awnings and solar shading and replacing windows and incidental related work. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with Specification No. 04035 and Drawing No. 2-24616-1 through 2-24616-8 (Sheets 1-8). All base work shall be completed within 90 calendar days after award. The performance period will be extended 30 calendar days for optional bid item work if exercised by the Government. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR THE HISTORICALLY UNDERUTILIZED BUSINESS ZONE (HUBZONE) SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. (Status as qualified HUBZone small business concern is determined by the Small Business Administration (SBA) and SBA will issue a certification to that affect in accordance with 13 CFR Part 126). Offers that are not from qualified HUBZone small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected.
