- Description
- The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials and incidentals necessary to complete the awarded requirements for paving and related services at Sultan Street, Wood Street, NCI-Frederick Buildings 426/427 and 542 parking lots and replacement of stairs on Chandler Street at the NCI-Frederick facility located at Fort Detrick, Frederick, Maryland. All work shall be in accordance with the attached Specifications and Drawings as listed in Standard Specifications Index 120877-PS-01 INDEX dated 4/12/05 This must be a Four Phase project as follows: Phase 1. All of Sultan Street, the Sultan/Wood Street intersection and that portion of Wood Street North of Sultan Street. Phase 2. Wood Street between Sultan Street and Chandler Street including Bldg. 542 parking lot. Phase 3. Wood Street South of Chandler Street, the Wood/Chandler intersection and Chandler Street. This Phase requires open traffic at all times. Phase 4. Buildings 426/427 parking lot and replacement of stairs on Chandler Street. NOTE: In Phases 1,2,and 3 each phase must be completed before beginning another phase. In no instance shall any of these three Phases be in process simultaneously. Phase 4 may be completed anytime within the contractual performance period. The awardee must complete all work and achieve Project Acceptance prior to October 28, 2005.
