- The VA Medical Center White River Junction, Vermont, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with, Hologic, Inc. of Bedford, MA to perform a follow-on Preventive Maintenance & Repair Services contract for the Medical Imaging System. Hologic has supported this system since it?s installation and has a unique ability and understanding that aids in decreasing downtime. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; No solicitation package will be available. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely within the discretion of the Government. See numbered note 22.
