Description
The purpose of this modification is to revise paragraph (vi): STATEMENT OF WORK Pressure Wash Multiple Buildings, W.O. # 91051 Pope AFB NC Work Description A. Contractor shall chemically abate and clean mold and mildew stains and streaks from buildings and roof shingles using Non-Toxic, bio-degradable chemicals approved by EPA. B. Contractor supplies all tools, equipment, materials, supplies and labor, verifies all requirements of proper handling, applications, abatement and disposal of chemical solutions and contaminates to affected areas. C. Contractor must provide chemicals listing, as to exactly what is to be used on Installation. Note: All building & sign measurements are perimeter of structure D. Work to be completed at the following facilities on Pope: 1. Bldg 294, ?Dormitory??Columns in front of dorm. 19 each (15 columns 12? in height / 4 columns 20? in height) 2. Bldg 315, ?Comptroller??Entire bldg. and surrounding brick work (540?, 2-story bldg) 3. Bldg 313, Brick enclosure wall surrounding HVAC unit (60?, 6? in height) 4. Bldg. 317, ?Chapel??Brick sign, in front of facility (24?, 5? in height) 5. Bldg 307, ?Hospital??Brick wall in front of Clinic separating main facility from Flight Medicine (64?, 5? in height, plus brick archway 10?, 12? in height) 6. Bldg 308, ?MPF??Entire building (640?, 2-story bldg) 7. Bldg 402, ?Gym??Entire facility to exclude new addition (580?, 3-story bldg) 8. Bldg 372, ?Theater??Entire facility ( 540?, 3 story bldg) 9. Bldg. 764?Block wall in parking lot and building sign (wall & sign total 526?, 6? in height) WORKMANSHIP: All workmanship shall comply with standards and practices that are common to the trade. CLEAN UP: Contractor is responsible for returning the work site and surrounding area to the condition in which they were found. The Contractor is required to properly dispose of all materials/parts that he moves. NOTE TO CONTRACTOR: All work will be completed within 30 calendar days following the awarded date of this contract. Exception will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Changes and or modifications must have prior approval from the Contracting Officer. NO OZONE DEPLETING MATERIALS WILL BE USED. WARRANTY: The contractor will guarantee all workmanship for a period of one year from completion of work. The contractor is responsible for any damages caused to government facilities. The solicitation due date has been changed to Tuesday, 10 May 2005, at 4:00p.m. EST. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
