- Description
- The government intends to modify DAAD05-97-C-0040 on a sole source bases to CMS Field Products, Pelham, AL. The proposed modification is for maintenance on additional government-owned MINI-CAMS which are proprietary to CMS Field Products. The gover nment intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. However, the government will consider all proposals receive d by 06 May 2005. A determination by the government not to compete this modification based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determini ng whether to conduct a competitive modification.
