- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Pfizer Animal Health, the only authorized U.S. distributor, for 600 vials of ANTISEDAN (ATIPAMEZOLE, HYDROCHLORIDE, 10ml, MULTIDOSE VIAL) and 1,000 vials of DOMITOR (MED ETOMIDINE, INJECTION, 10ml, MULTIDOSE VIAL) for Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, North Carolina, 28310-5000. The anticipated date of award is May 13th , 2005. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance wi th the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 and accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open Competition. This notice is neither a request for a competitive proposal nor a solicitation for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed p rocurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determinating whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
