- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The SIC is 6512. The NAICS code is 531120. This solicitation serves as the Request for Quotation for furnished office trailers in the Dugway Proving Ground Area, Tooele, Utah. Line item s are as follows: Item 0001: One each Single wide (60'x14') furnished office trailer from 1 Jun to 14 Oct. Trailer to include ten each tables with 18 chairs, one full size refrigerator and one microwave with outlets. Item 0002: Two each Double wide (64 'x28') furnished office trailer from 18 July through 14 Oct. One doublewide trailer to hold 14 each desks with chairs and seven each tables with ten each chairs, one full size refrigerator, one microwave and two partitions. One trailer to have seven each tables with eight chairs, four each desks with chairs, one microwave and one refrigerator with outlets. Item 0003: Four single trailers (20'x8') from 20 July through 14 Oct. Each trailer is to include two desks with two chairs, one table, one microwave and one refrigerator with outlets. All trailers are to have hookup for power source for 60-100 KW generators, minimum of four windows and up to six windows, air conditioning, heating and steps. Include all costs associated with the delivery, set-up, and tear down, steps, furniture and return delivery of the trailers. Trailer drawing configuration to include power outlets shall be submitted with quote. The Government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest price if determined to be in the b est interest of the Government. Payment shall be based on occupancy only. Provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offers-Commercial and FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. Offerors need to include a complete copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with their offer (registered in CCR, DUNS Number, Cage Code, and Tax ID Number). The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required t o implement Statues of Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Clauses include: 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Wor kers with Disabilities; 52.222-37, Employment Reports of Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; and 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration.
