- The U.S. Army War College, Carlisle Barracks, PA has a requirement to demolish a building on post and re-routing electrical and incidental work. This contract includes the removal of pad mounted 15Kv switch #B10, single phase 100Kva transformer #3, and associated panelboard and conductors from building 35. In accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Program, this procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS is 238910; the size standard is $12M average annual receipts for the past three fiscal y ears.
