Description

This posting constitutes the U.S. Military Academys notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to Instinct Networking Group Inc., PO Box 406, Larkspur, CO 80118 to provide the Academy lab architecture and modules design and training services, which reflect current deployed architecture. Mr. Neal OHoro of Instinct Networking Group is uniquely qualified due to recent network construction experience in Iraq, CISCO routing and wide area network architecture knowledge, and exper ience developing training modules, as well as recent experience on a similar project. Mr. OHoro possesses expertise in Force XXI and legacy division networks in a tactical deployed environment, plug and play TOC for brigade and division level commands, c reation of classroom instruction for a curriculum of CCNA to CCIE topics modified to fit multiple brigade and division deployed scenarios, recent experience in developing a Cisco lab environment for the following technologies: Bridging and switching, IP I GP routing, BGP, IP and IOS features, IP Multicast, security, hardware, as well as network topologies designed by contractor which shall transport specified applications. He possesses required certifications including CCIE R/S with active number. TS/SBI DoD clearance required. Period of Performance is 90 days commencing from date of award. The applicable NAICS is 541512 and size standard of $21 million. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to th e designated representative. Responses to this notice must be received within two (2) calendar days of the date of this notice via email. See numbered note 22. Insert 2 days in lieu of 45 days in Note 22. A determination by the Government not to compet e this requirement, upon receipt of responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). No solicitation will be available.
