- ST. LOUIS & KOOCHICIHING COUNTIES IN MINNESOTA Contractor to construct a new 30' x 78' cold storage building with concrete slab at Ash River. Walls will be stick built (2" x 6") and will have exterior steel siding and roof. Five 10' x 10' overhead doors will provide access to each storage bay. Five exterior windows and two 3' steel service doors will be provided. No building utilities or interior finishes are required. Also, construct a 36' x 68' concrete floor slab at Kabetogama Lake. The park will construct a storage building using government labor forces in August on this new floor slab. Magnitude of project: $100,000.00 to $250,000.00.
