- 12 month subcription services with 4 option years, the contractor shall provide access to highly skilled research specialist to assist requestors with questions. Locate published articles from International resources for information that is typically unavailable through Web search engines. Maintain and perform searches on specialized databases, which include information on patents, journal articles, conference papers,theses,business and financial reports, manuscripts and government regulations. Provide search via email to requestor. Provide TOC for new journal issues (international)in science,tech and business. Provide, for a nominal fee, full-text journal articles,theses,government reports, Copyright cleared documents,conference papers, and foreign language translation. Provide we/phone access ordering Provide document specialists to assist with orders; rush service,and express forwarding Provide deposit payment account For information requirements that cannot be me by conducting conventional searches contractor will provide reference services.
