Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to secure services to maintain seedling beds in a weed free condition at the Bessey Nursery. Services shall consist of removing/rouging weeds and dead dieased trees without damaging seedlings, maintaining the seed beds in a condition so that there are no weeds of any size in blossom or seed stage, and no weeds are greater than or equal to 3 inches in height and no weeds are greater than 1 inch in crown diameter, remove and dispose of all extracted vegetive material to an approved disposal site.
