- The Indian Health Service (IHS), in Rockville, MD. is CANCELLING a proposed Simplified Acquisition to establish and maintain an electronic database for the Health Promotion/Disease Prevention Web site in Rockville, MD. The proposed work will be done in house by Indian Health Service IT staff personnel. Since this project is cancelled, there is no RFQ available and no need to request the RFQ.
