REQUIRED DELIVERY: AS SPECIFIED ON DELIVERY ORDERS. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This announcement is supplemented with an uploaded solicitation offerors shall read in its entirety before submitting a quote to the Department of State.
