This procurement will result in a firm fixed price requirements type contract award for McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK. The item is Di-Ethylhexyl Adipate in accordan ce with DOD-D-23443B. The end use of this requirement is LAP Explosive Bombs at McAlester AAP. The minimum quantity is 0 and the maximum quantity is 536,659 pounds. The solicitation will call for the vendor to provide certification of analysis to meet t he qualification standards for this item. FOB Destination, McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK. The Government has the right to award the full maximum amount at one time or in various quantities over a one year period.
