Description

Intent to Sole Source: The Department of Veterans Affairs, John D. Dingell Medical Center, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, MI 48201, intends to sole source to Domino's Farms Corporation, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Ann Arbor, MI 48106 for lease of real property. Domino's Farms Corporation shall provide lease of office space that is 11,020 rentable square feet to the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Systems Network (VISN) 11, Ann Arbor, Michigan. This proposed lease action is for the office space mentioned above, which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302-1. All FAR provisions and clauses maybe reviewed and/or obtained from he General Service internet address: http://www.gover/far. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposal contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely with the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses must be submitted no later than May 31, 2005 at 10:00 A.M., to the contracting officer indicated above. See numbered note 22. No E-Mail request will be accepted.
