Description: IAW FAR 5.201, ESC-OC2SG/PK intends to extend the period of performance of the Theater Battle Management Core Systems (TBMCS) Contract F19628-95-C-0143 until 31 Mar 2007 to Lockheed Martin Integrated Systems & Solutions (Colorado Springs, CO) under other than full and open competition under 10USC 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source. This is not a request for competitive proposals, but an extension in order to complete tasks within the scope of the subject contract, at an estimated value of $81M. TBMCS provides automated command and control, and decision support tools to plan, prepare for, and execute an air campaign during peacetime, exercises, war, humanitarian missions, and operations other than war. Responses to this notice must be made to the PCO in writing, within 15 days of publication of this notice. See Notes 22 and 26.
