PRON: AX5F0320AX, NSN: 1560-01-244-6257, PN: 70219-42411-045, Quantity: 7 each, applicable to UH-60. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. The Required delivery with First Article Testing is 7 each, 318 Days After Contract Award (DA CA). The First Article Test Report is due 138 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 7 each, 150 DACA. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesse s, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
