PRON: AX5F5447AX, NSN: 5365- 01-163-4641, PN: 7-113200159-21, Quantity: 983 each, applicable to the AH-64 Airframe, with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complet e, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 983 each, 285 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 983 each, 19 0 DACA. Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
