Description

This notice is a combines synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the information FAR Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), as a request for Quotation No. FMS-RFQ-50382 ?ArcSight Inc?s products to be used in the Department of Treasury, Financial Management Service (FMS). This is continuation of a previous procurement under TFMS_HQ-04-C-0041. The purpose of this procurement is to acquire additional software and maintenance for continuity of services. The proposed contract is Eyak Teck, 12100 Sunset Hills Road, Suite 110, Reston, VA 20190-3233. The pricing breakout is as followings ArcSight CLIN 0001: Manager with embeeded Database, Console: ArcSight Console, Qty 15, ANC-000; Standard Agents, Qty - 2, AAG-100 (Nessus VM v 1.1.0, IPS Agent); Network Devices, ADD-020, (IPS Devices, SEF Firewalls, PIX Firewalls); and CLIN 0002: This contract is renewable at the option of the Government, by the Contracting Officer only, when written notice is given sixty (60) days prior to the renewable date. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541513. All qualified business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the Agency. A fixed price, sole source award is anticipated. Award will be a delivery order on the vendor?s GSA schedule.
