Description
The following will be posted to FEDBIZ Ops: Amendment 1: The listed questions were received from an interested party. NOTE: The RFQ due date has changed - RFQ due date is 16 May 2005, 12 noon. Question: 1. The solicitation lists 3,800 hours as the maximum utilization. Is that per year, or for all four years of the base-plus-options? The 3,800 is for the base year. Each option will have 3,800 hours. 2. We anticipate much of the work will be done offsite, in preparation for the onsite activity. Does this align with your expectations? No, all work will be done on site. 3. Is this solicitation a 100% set-aside for small business, Service Disable Veterans? Yes 4. Please confirm the actual date that the proposal has to be turned in, the solicitation states 13 May 2005, 12 noon whereas the SOW downloaded from the website states 10:00 am EST on Monday 09, 2005. The extension has been granted. All response are due on 16 May 2005, 12 noon. 5. Is there an incumbent already providing these services? No incumbent at this time No incumbent at this time. 6. If there is an incumbent can you provide the company name and are they a SDVOB? 7. Can these services be provided by several proposing SDVOBs? No, only one vendor will acceptable for this effort. 8. Will only SDVOBs be considered? Yes 9. Are these services being provided to DoD clients now? This is a new contracting effort. 10. When is the award date? I did notice that the removal date is 16 May 2005, are they the same dates. Award will be made after all proposal are evaluated, projected date may be 26 may 2005 11. When will work be scheduled to start? Approximately 30 May 2005. 12. Can a proposal only focus on 1 or 2 sections and not all three? All or none will be consider for responsiveness to the solicitation. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (09-MAY-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
