- Solicitation for End Item: C130 Aircraft, NSN 1560 00 079 0362. RD0511200020000, FAIRING, NACELLE, INBOARD. Configuration Control applies, Critical Application item. Indefinite Quantity Contract: Base plus 4 option years. EAD base year : 172 . EAD option years: 140 . This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. QAP 008. NAICS is 336413. This is a fully and openly competitive procurement. FOB: DESTINATION, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Production delivery within 292 days AFAA. Export Control Technical data package is available from the government. In addition, this procurement requires government first article testing. Sample quantity shall consist of two complete units. FAT sample delivery 90 DARO. Government furnished Mylars required. Please submit written offers to fax # (804) 279-3040. Offerors must return a complete a copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date of 1 June 05.
