Description

The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is interested in procuring the services of a small business contractor to perform Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Field Review of Appraisals for the Santa Anta Homeownership Center in California: Central CA consisting of the counties of: Alameda, Alpine, Calaveras, Contra Costa, Fresno, Inyo, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, Mono, Stanislaus, Tuolumne, Tulare and Central CA Coastal counties of: Marin, Montery, San Benito, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz and San Francisco. The purchase order requirements are as stated, but not limited to the following: FHA appraisal cases will be assigned to the contractor. For each case assigned, the contractor shall inspect the property and return a completed Appraisal Review Report (ARR), to HUD via FHA Connection Web Based System followed by a mailed hard copy to be received no later than 20 calendar days after the date received. The FHA appraiser has 30 issues to address, as necessary, while performing the review. They will be set out in the statement of work which will be within the Request for Quotes (RFQ). The RFQ is competitive, with an initial performance period of one year with two one-year options and is open to all interested small business contractors under NAIC 531320.
