Description: The VISN 6 CAS will issue on or about May 23, 2005 solicitation IFB 246-05-02038, Replace Sidewalks. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and qualified supervision to completely remove the existing sidewalks and install new ones connection facility buildings 2, 3, 4, & 5 at the VA Medical Center, Beckley, West Virginia. This procurement is 100% set-aside for certified HUBZone small business concerns. NAICS code 237310 with a small business size standard of $28.5M applies.
