Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a closed circuit tv/security system. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a writen solicitation will not be issued. The following numbered notes apply to this acquisition: 22. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial items), 52.212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items), and 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Stautes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: price and price related factors. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov/ to be considered for award. Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. Quotes can be sent via mail to Tina Gray at 78th Contracting Sq, 235 Byron St, Bldg 300 WW, Rm B214, Robins AFB, GA 31098; faxed to 478-926-7549; or e-mailed to tina.gray@robins.af.mil.
