- The 21st Contracting Squadron, LGCBB, Peterson AFB, CO., 80914, issues this pre-solicitation notice to advise all prospective offerors of our requirement to perform education services supporting operations related to Homeland Defense and Military Assistance to Civil Authorities in support of Headquarters, NORAD-USNORTHERN COMMAND, PAFB, Colorado. A Solicitation (1449), Statement of Work (SOW), and Wage Determination will be available for this acquisition immediately and shall be attached to this posting. The RFP receipt date is 20 May 2005, 4:00pm Mountain Daylight Time (MTD). This acquisition is based upon full and open competition. The NAICS code is 611310, with a size standard of $6M. This acquisition will be awarded as a Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity type contract. This acquisition shall be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) parts 12 and 13 for commercial items.
