Description: A needs focused, in depth-training support program that will give new Iraqi civil servants the knowledge they need to carry out their specific functions and responsibilities within the MoD. Emphasis will be given to providing the Iraqi???s the tools required to arrive at solutions to various issues they will face as they stand up a new Iraqi MoD, modeled primarily after the UK and Australian MoDs, but with significant modifications. Ultimately, the objective is to ???train the trainer??? so that future training can be conducted ???in-house??? by the Iraqi???s themselves.
