Description

This requirement is sole source to Hydro Engineering, Inc., Salt Lake City, UT 84119. This is an engine wash system that is completely self-contained system, requiring no external power, water source, or chemical (gas path) supply containers. The system carries enough water and cleaning solvent (gas path) to clean a T-700 and T-701 series engines and has sufficient rinse water remaining to flush the cleaning solvent (gas path) from the engine. The systems water pressure meets the specification required for the T-700 and T-701 series engines. The systems power source operates on diesel fue l/JP-8. The system has both fixed and swivel rubber wheels installed for easy movement. The contractors wash system must have been approved by the Army Engineering Directorate (AED) approval process for use on the T-700 and T-701 series engines. See numbered notes 22 and 23.
