Description: Furnish all planning, supervision, labor, equipment, material, replacement parts, supplies and all things necessary for the operation and maintenance of the ACF Project, Jim Woodruff Site, Lake Seminole Natural Resources Site Office, Chattahoochee, F lorida. Work to be performed includes Base Year and Four Option Years. It is anticipated that a Cost Plus Award Fee Contract will be awarded. NAICS is 561210 with a size standard of $23,000,000.00. The procurement is a Competitive HUB Zone Set-Aside. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Governments best interest.
