Description

One Cessna Caravan or equal high wing aircraft to support the Bureau of Land Management. This aircraft must be available to make one or more round trip flights (cargo and personnel) per week from Fairbanks, Alaska to North Slope locales, such as Ivotuk, Inigok, Umait, Barrow, Deadhorse, on 24 hours notice between the dates of May 23, 2005 and September 17, 2005. The project estimates 120 flight hours over this time frame. Aircraft will be equipped with wheels, GPS, FM radio, dual audio control, intercom system with headsets for at least a front and aft passenger, and hot mic for front seat observer. Vendor must have an Aircraft Rental Agreement (ARA) with Alaska Regional Office of Aviation Management. Multiple Vendors may be used. Pilot and aircraft will be approved for single pilot IFR flying. Pilot shall have experience in flying on the Alaska north slope.
