Description

The purpose of this amendment is to change the names of the Contract Specialist, the Contracting Officer, and the weapon system. ***ATTENTION***CONTACT , FLOYD KIT CARLTON, CONTRACTING OFFICER, AMSAM-AC-LS-T, EMAIL FLOYD.CARTLTON@REDSTONE.ARMY.MIL FOR ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS CONCERNING THIS PROPOSED ACQUISITION. PRON: AX5T7214AX, NSN: 2840-00-176-3780, PN: 1-100-361-06, Quantity: 394 each, with two 100% option, applicable to the T-53 Engine, F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. The required delivery with First Article Test is 394 each, 390 Days A fter Contract Award. The required delivery without FAT is 394 each, 300 Days After Contract Award. This item is restricted to Honeywell, Cage 99193, because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maint ain the quality of the part. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above a re encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
