Description
Amendment as follows: A total solution, hardware and software is preferred. The system must be ORACLE or Microsoft SQL Database oriented and database should be proposed as part of the so lution. Offerors shall identify what items they intend to pro vide and what items the Government must provide in order to have a operational web-based supply chain management total solution. Offerors whose proposals do not include hardware or database wil l be evaluated but the offer will be adjusted to evaluate tot al cost to the Government of the items it must provide. System must be delivered, installed, NMCI certified and operational NLT 30 days after contract award. Software support, updates and helpd esk services is required for a period of performance of one (1) year after contract award. Offers will be evaluated to provide the best value to the Government. Technical is significantly more important than cost. Past Performance is approximately equal to cost. In the technical area, the proposals will be eval uated to determine the extent to which the offeror's system meets or exceeds the technical requirements stated herein. Proposals that fail to demonstrate the system is NMCI certifiable will be re jected without further consideration. The demonstration re quirement is hereby deleted. The technical evaluation will be conducted solely on the content of the offeror's proposal. All interested parties may submit a revision to their proposal not later t han 19 May 2005.
