Description: SOLICITATION: The Rural Enterprise, Agricultural and Community Tourism (REACT)activity is a four year project which aims to reduce poverty and spur economic growth through the development of environmentally sound rural enterprises. The project consists of three major components: (1) Building productive capacity of targeted rural communities; (2) Promoting the development of agricultural and non-agricultural business enterprises; and (3) Providing grant funding to rural community organizations for economically viable income generating activities.
