Description

The VA Salt Lake City Health Care System located in Salt Lake City, Utah is soliciting under commerical items and FAR Part 15 for a one-year firm fixed price contract begining July 1, 2005 for natural gas purchase to be delivered to the VA heating plant. The estimated usage is approximately 150,000Dth based on the last 12 months usage (January, 04 - December, 04). The Government will not make an award under this solicitation unless the bid price represents savings to the Government of at least ten (10) percent on Questar Gas Companies applicable tariff rate.
